Gmail makes it a priority

If you’re looking for a way to prioritize your Gmail, it’s now possible. Starting today, Google is rolling out a handy new feature that will help you separate the important messages. Appropriately enough, it’s called Priority Inbox, and learns based on your habits.
You can mark messages as being important or not important, and based on that, Gmail will “learn” your habits, and move messages into the Priority Inbox queue. Of course, you can still use the filter feature to automatically flag certain messages as being important.
This sounds like a handy feature, and can help people tell what messages are important at a glance. Try it out today, and see what you think!
