Third-party providers who want to insert paid ads into peoples' tweets simply won't be able to do so for much longer. Today, April 23, is a historic day, at least if you're a YouTube user. It was on this day in 2005 that the very first video was uploaded to the site, a video called "Me At the Zoo," which has gotten close to 2 million hits.
